What is the difference between serial and parallel approval?
A serial approval means after a user or a user group approves, it will move to the next user or the next user group to approve.
Parallel Approval means you are sending multiple approvals out in one step of the approval process. Any approver can approve without the need to wait for other approvers to approve.
